アスリートのための冷凍宅配食『ONKIT for Athlete』
ONKIT for Athlete （ @onkit_athlete ）とは、森永製菓の管理栄養士さんとミシュラン3つ星を誇るレストラングループ「CITABRIA」のシェフが栄養バランスと味の両面にこだわり、約2年もの時間をかけて作り上げた食品です。
作りたての料理を瞬間冷凍しているので1番美味しい状態を保っていて食べるときは湯せんで10分ほどで美味しく食べることができます。
自分は今日初めてこれを食べてみましたが、とても美味しかったです😋
これでしっかりとリカバリーし毎日元気に全力で今シーズンも最高の演技を目指します

作るのも大変だし、1日に必要な栄養素やカロリー摂取、自分で作ってもなかなか取れなさそう。これは 温めればいいから、美味しいなら 良い食事の一つですね
